  • Join the First Nation of Na-Cho Nyäk Dun and CPAWS Yukon for the community premiere of the Stewart River Watershed Film. There will be pizza, photos, door prizes and stories along with the film. Trip participants will be in attendance.

    🗓️ Wednesday April 22nd, 5 pm
    📍 Mayo Community Hall

The film follows a 12-day paddle along the Stewart River, tracing 316 kilometres from the headwaters near Ddhaw Cho (Ortell Peak) to Tthi Tenínlin (Fraser Falls). Along the way, water carries more than the canoes — it holds bloodlines, history, gathering places, and relationships. This is a story of care, resilience, and the connections that continue to shape past, present, and future in the Stewart Watershed.
