Our submissions are evidence-based and often address information gaps, outline tools needed for effective protection measures, provide strategic guidance, and highlight ecological, cultural, and community values. Due to limited capacity, we do not submit comments on every proposed development or engagement opportunity. Instead, we focus on where there are overwhelming threats to wildlife, our expertise can have the greatest impact, and we can support local First Nations’ goals.
